I love my fish diet in any imaginable way. I find that if it is cooked right, fish are notonly healthy, they are delicious too.  Unfortunately, I don´t know that many recipesthat call for fish usage except for cooking them whole and serving them with rice eg:steam fish the chinese way with various cordiments or pan-frying them before servingthem with sauces.

I cannot think of a better way to enjoy fresh strawberries than having them plain, in a fruit bowl with your favourite topping.  My dessert last night after a failed Provencal Cake dinner.  When strawberries gets as fresh as these, I simply top them with honey for that added sweetness and hazelnut for that extra crunch.  Love it.

I was craving for a yummy, succulent, well marinated, juicy piece of fried chicken a week ago. But I didn´t want it to be another tamarind powder, some salt pepper thing marinade thing than deep fry. Boring. I wanted texture on the skin and oh, how I love the skin when its fried up nicely to give it a nice crunch and deeper flavour. Wicked I know, but it is not like it is an everyday affair!
