
Thank you all for your well wishes. Though she is still waiting for some report and test to be done, my dad had informed me that she is aware of her surroundings and is eating better.
Life had been pretty hectic and am feeling a bit sluggish lately. I will leave this simple recipe here for those whom like me - is short of time, and yet wanna eat well.
Recipe
- 2 Apples, peeled and cut to finely
- 1/2 cup raisins
- a handful of pinenuts
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 2 tablespoon white vinegar
- 3 tablespoon sweetener
- 2 tablespoon sweet mustard
- a pinch of salt
Method
- Mix all ingredient in a bowl, and chill for an hour.
- Serve chill.
